This role supervises the accounting team and collaborates with other departments to support business objectives./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/ppFinancial Management/pulliMonitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure financial stability./liliProvide Foreign currency impact analysis and recommendations to support Regional Treasury./li/ulpAccounting Operations/pulliSupervise daily accounting activities with local accounting team and Global Share services GBS, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, Fix Assets and general ledger./liliEnsure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing./liliMaintain integrity of financial records and Chart of Accounts./li/ulpFinancial Reporting/pulliReview monthly Group report and annual Statutory financial statements./liliEnsure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local accounting standards./liliCoordinate with auditors for statutory audits and internal audits./li/ulpCompliance amp; Tax/pulliCoorporate with tax team to ensure adherence to tax laws, VAT regulations, and statutory requirements./li/ulpInternal Controls/pulliCorporate with stakeholders to improve and implement internal control requirements by Group./li/ulpTeam Leadership/pulliSupervise and mentor accounting and finance staff./liliAllocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy./li/ulpProcess Improvement/pulliIdentify opportunities for automation and process optimization./li/ulpStakeholder Communication/pulliLiaise with senior management, operations, and external stakeholders./liliSupport financial information and presentations for decision-making./li/ulpstrongQualification /strong/pulliBachelor’s degree or Above in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Lao CPA is mandatory./liliMinimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role./liliStrong knowledge of IFRS and Lao accounting principle and tax regulations./liliProficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel skills./liliExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills./liliAbility to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment./liliExperience in manufacturing or multinational company environment./liliFamiliarity with internal audit processes./li/ulp /ppspan style=strongOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment​/strong/span/pp /ppspan style=We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
