The role ensures policy compliance, data accuracy and timely risk visibility to support informed business and financial decisions./ppstrongKey Responsibilties/strong/ppstrongCredit closing amp; Consolidation/strong/pulliCoordinate and support monthly, quarterly and annual credit closing across META./liliCollect, validate and control credit KPIs (DSO, overdue, provisions) prior to consolidation./liliEnsure consistency and alignment between local credit data and regional reporting standards./liliMonitor performance vs targets and identify key deviations and risks./liliAssess and monitor bad debt provision on monthly basis in line with Group Policy./liliMonitor cash flow performance across all entities/liliPrepare and maintain regional credit dashboards and reports (Overdue, DSO, cash flow)/liliSupport the development and maintenance of credit reporting, including the instruments business./li/ulpstrongCredit Policy amp; Control/strong/pulliEnsure entity compliance with EssilorLuxottica credit policies and procedures./liliMonitor customer credit limits, blocked accounts and approved exceptions./liliInvestigate and follow up on problematic accounts./liliSupport internal and external audits by providing credit documentation amp; explanations./liliSupport in AML monitoring activities in coordination with compliance teams./li/ulpstrongCountry amp; Functional coordination/strong/pulliCoordinate with META entities on credit related activities and projects./liliSupport credit coverage and business continuity in case of temporary gaps or peak periods./liliCollaborate with Commercial amp; Finance to assess customer creditworthiness and manage outstanding balances./liliMaintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders./liliContribute to continuous improvement of credit processes, controls and reporting across META./li/ulpstrongRequirements/strong/pulli3-5 years’ experience in credit control management./liliStrong understanding of credit KPIs and receivables management./liliStrong Excel skills and ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)./liliDetail-oriented, structured and able to work under deadlines and pressure./liliStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skills./liliAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail./liliAbility to work cross-functionally in a regional matrix environment./lilistrongEnglish and Arabic fluent, French a strong plus/strong. /li/ulpstrongEducation/strong/ppBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent./pp /pp style=margin:0.0in;font-family:Arial;font-size:12.0pt;color:#242424#LI-RM1/pp /ppspan style=font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serifstrongOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment​/strong/span/pp /ppspan style=font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serifWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
