The team consists of experts in artificial intelligence, audio signal processing, audiology, hardware, and software who are working together to develop cutting-edge technologies to be integrated into smart eyewear products, to improve the social inclusion of people suffering from hearing loss./span/pp /pp style=margin:0.0cm;line-height:normalspan style=strongYour role /strong/span/pp style=margin:0.0cm;line-height:normal /ppspan style=We are looking for an strongAIamp;DSP Engineer/strong who will be responsible for researching and developing AI and DSP based audio and speech processing algorithms from concept to product integration for assistive hearing applications.  ​/span/pp style=margin:0.0cm;line-height:normalspan style=brstrongMain responsibilities: /strong/span/pulli style=span style=Research, prototype, evaluate and adapt novel hybrid AIamp;DSP algorithms for real-time embedded audio and speech processing applications,/span/lili style=span style=Optimize and productize hybrid AIamp;DSP algorithms designed for embedded deployment./span/lili style=span style=Collaborate with AI engineers and Embedded AI Engineers to deploy pre-trained models on wearable audio devices./span/lili style=span style=Stay up to date with advancements in audio machine learning and DSP research literature./span/li/ulp style=margin:0.0cm;line-height:normal /pp style=margin:0.0cm;line-height:normal /pp style=margin:0.0cm;line-height:normalspan style=strongMain requirements:/strong/span/pulli style=span style=BS, or MS. or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience./span/lili style=span style=At least 2 years of experience in audio AI research and/or DSP development./span/lili style=span style=Strong understanding of digital signal processing theory (e.g., filtering, Fourier transforms, modulation, and noise reduction), machine learning, linear algebra and statistics./span/lili style=span style=Background in AI research, experience with audio-related models, and experience in algorithm optimization techniques for on-device implementation/span/lili style=span style=Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python for algorithm development./span/lili style=span style=Experience in designing algorithms such as speech enhancement, feedback suppression, beamforming, etc. is a strong bonus./span/lili style=span style=Understanding of how end-to-end audio systems work including transducers, audio ICs, acoustics, embedded DSPs, etc. is a strong bonus./span/li/ulp /ppstrongOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment​/strong/pp /ppWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
