Ensures all patients receive the highest quality Optometric care by performing clinical protocols while maximizing results amp; practices growth through strong partnership with the MOD, SMM amp; team. The Associate Optometrist delivers key performance indicators and serves as a leading ambassador of the Brand inside amp; outside the organization who is driven by passion amp; high standards to always go above amp; beyond./ppstrong /strong/ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliEnsures executional excellence amp; winning results in partnership with the MOD amp; store team./liliDemonstrates commitment to exceed results through strong competency in KPI management amp; high accountability./liliEnsures Brand is known as the leading optical provider within the community./liliOperates as successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization amp; local market./liliPlaces the patient/customer 1st amp; delivers excellent service./liliStrives to exceed expectations on all KPIs./liliConveys a commitment to providing unsurpassed Patient Service through ensuring staff performs the following Service Process steps:ulliAddress all patients/customers visual life style needs/liliMake eyewear recommendations based on patients/customers’ needs/liliExplain each step of the eye exam; listen carefully to patients/customers/liliUtilize available tools amp; visual aids to summarize amp; ensure patients understand each aspect of their vision, eye health, amp; overall well being/liliCommunicate effectively with patients the need for annual eye exams. Ensure all patients are appointed in TAB for their next eye exam/liliConducts all services in accordance with protocol amp; accepted standards of care./li/ul/liliEnsures all patients receive accurate diagnosis amp; appropriate recommendations./liliEstablishes a positive Doctor/patient relationship./liliUtilizes amp; leverages effectively all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient/customer experiences./liliEnsures office systems are maintained./liliMaintains State Licensure in good standing amp; practices to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements./liliProvides effective training amp; guidance to team members making use of Company provided programs./liliDelivers clear, motivating amp; constructive feedback in a timely manner to all associates./liliCreates a positive culture linked to the corporate culture; identifies what motivates each individual amp; directs conversations amp; actions appropriately./liliEncourages associate decision making at the level closest to the patient./liliMaximizes partnerships through leadership, participation amp; involvement./liliTakes pride in the appearance of the office./liliMaintains safe working environment for all associates/patients./liliLeads by example./li/ulpstrong /strong/ppstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliDoctor of Optometry/liliCommitment to quality patient care/liliKnowledge of current Optometric theory amp; technology/liliStrong communicator amp; listener/liliProblem solving ability/liliSolid Organization skills/li/ulpThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
