You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and external partners to help ensure the effective execution, performance monitoring and ongoing optimisation of our subscription and payment programs./pp /pp /ppstrongYour Responsibilities/strong/pulliSupport the ongoing performance and optimisation of our in store subscription programs across ANZ. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve customer experience, financial accuracy and operational efficiency through data analysis and process review. /liliLead end-to-end operational workflows across billing, subscriptions, voucher management and finance processes, coordinating support from relevant teams where required/liliProvide analysis and recommendations to support operational and commercial decision-making. /liliInvestigate and resolve workflow issues.
