This role contributes to operational excellence by driving process stability, quality performance, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The position will work cross-functionally with operations and global engineering teams to ensure sustainable process performance and successful implementation of new products and technologies./ppbrstrongMain responsibilities: /strong/pul type=discliAnalyze, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost, and efficiency./liliLead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process deviations and quality issues./liliSupport industrialization of new products, product transfers, scale-ups, and process validation activities in alignment with global engineering standards./liliDevelop and maintain process documentation including work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and standard operating procedures./liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical process control methodologies./liliCoordinate with maintenance and technical teams to ensure equipment capability and uptime./liliEnsure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements./liliProvide technical training and process guidance to production teams./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams across EssilorLuxottica global operations to align best practices and transfer knowledge./li/ulpstrong /strong/ppstrongMain requirements:/strong/pulliBachelor in Engineering, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronic/liliAdvanced English/liliMinimum of 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing processes/liliKnowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma./liliBasic knowledge of electromechanical control (contactors, sensors) and frequency inverters./liliKnowledge of automation and industrial process control./liliSearch for targets for performance, scrap, cost and efficiency indicators./liliUnderstanding of the principles of Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)./liliKnowledge of statistical analysis software (MINI TAB)./liliOfiice, Power BI./li/ulpstrongWhat’s in it for you/strong/ppIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
