Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible!/span/p/divpstrongJob scope and main responsibilities:/strong/pulliSupport IT Technical Services Provision and evolution for Iberia (EssilorLuxottica or Grand Vision locations) while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction working within controlled and changing IT systems and structures to achieve maximum results./liliDrive, execute and delivery of timely IT Projects as defined by Technical Services as well as assessing solutions for technical and business suitability and present proposals./liliManage obsolescence on IT Infrastructure/liliFollow and implement Tech Services strategy /li/ulp /ppstrongRelated activities:/strong/pul type=discliBusiness Change: To deliver Tech Services solutions for assigned projects/liliHelp Desk: To record, diagnose and resolve/escalate IT faults and incidents, via the help desk system./liliStaff Lifecycle: Responsible for IT lifecycle flows for users and devices/liliSupport Standardisation: To coordinate support actions with other IT support teams/liliIT Support: maintain all PC/Server/Network hardware and software./liliRun Mode: To ensure that all IT systems are functioning effectively, properly utilising and updating procedures./liliProjects, manage projects assigned and / or execute projects for all businesses/liliHardware: Install and Setup local hardware/liliNetwork Communications: To provide support for Networks and telephone systems/liliOut Of Hours Support: To provide out of hours support to critical business activities on a rotation basis./li/ulpstrong /strong/ppstrongTechnical skills:/strong/pulliMultiple years experience of IT projects, support and processes at 2nd line and 3rd line/liliExperience of supporting PC LAN based networks together with experience of Windows (Server and Workstation), and Active Directory./liliHands-on break fix skills with IT hardware (Servers, storage, network) and cabling./liliExcellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills./liliProactive problem solving skills and being a team player are crucial to this role./li/ulp /ppstrongDesirable Knowledge of the following:/strong/pulliITIL process knowledge/liliPrinter Hardware troubleshooting/liliMicrosoft Office Suite/liliWindows Server OS/liliVMware Virtual platforms/liliIBM AS400 operations/liliVPN / mobility solutions/liliCisco networking command line operations/liliLocal Network architecture/liliSolarwinds Networking and Server modules/liliMobile phone operating systems (Android and iOS)/li/ulp /ppstrongCandidate profile:/strong/ppstrong Educational Background: /strong/pulliIT engineer in a relevant discipline with further software qualifications/liliITIL qualification/liliCore Microsoft Certifications/li/ulp /ppstrongLanguages:/strong/pulliFluent written and spoken English and Portuguese/li/ulpspan style=font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serifstrongOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment/strongWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
