The Store Manager delivers key performance indicators by integrating the Brand Story and ensuring flawless execution of the customer experience./pp /ppMAJOR DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/pulliEnsure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service/liliProvide training and coaching to the team leveraging Company provided programs/liliAnalyzes reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store KPIs, including:/liliNPS – Net Promoter Score; % Sales to Plan; Customer Count; Complete Pair; Labor; Training Saturation; Exam Growth; and others/liliAttracts and hirers highly engaged team to esure the store has the right people in the right place at the right time/liliPartners with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience and drive store KPIs/liliTakes pride in the store and guides team to execute all operational, inventory, and visual tasks to guidelines flawlessly to ensure the best customer and patient experience/liliEnsures all Company approved safety programs are implemented and maintained consistently per standards in order to maintain a safe and FUN working environment/li/ulp /ppBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/pulliHigh School graduate or equivalent/lili4+ years management/supervisory experience/liliComprehensive knowledge from operations, processes and business implications/liliStrong influencing and negotiating skills/liliTeam building and management skills/liliKnowledge of current optical theory and merchandise/liliStrong communicator and listener/liliStrong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)/liliSales skills/liliFamiliarity with cash register, computers and calculators/liliAbility to manage time under aggressive deadlines/li/ulp /ppPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/pulliCollege degree or equivalent/liliState licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states/liliLensCrafters Final Inspector Certification/liliLensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program/liliPrevious experience in customer service and retail/liliKnowledge of current store merchandise/liliHigh level of business acumen to include detailed knowledge of LC Dashboard/li/ulp /pp /ppThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
