The store manager directs and supervises the workforce, makes staffing decisions, ensures customer satisfaction, manages the financial performance of the store, and maintains brand equity./pp /ppMAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES/pullipProvides excellent customer service and demonstrates professionalism./p/lilipAchieves high levels of performance and sales results./p/lilipRecruits and hires top talent to meet the stores and companys needs./p/lilipOffers feedback through ongoing training, counseling, performance reviews, and setting challenging goals to improve employee performance./p/lilipManages all visual standards of the store, including merchandise presentation, display, lighting, and general maintenance./p/lilipReviews operational reports and records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, monitors store profitability, and manages the payroll matrix./p/lilipMonitors and reviews inventory levels and documents to ensure the accuracy of the stores stock./p/lilipEnsures staff compliance with the companys established policies and standards, such as safeguarding company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales, record-keeping procedures, and general store maintenance./p/lilipAssists in resolving issues affecting service, efficiency, and productivity of the store./p/li/ulp /pp /pp /ppBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/pullipAt least three years of retail experience in a specialized environment/p/lilipAt least one year of retail management experience/p/lilipAvailability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including evenings, weekends, and holidays/p/lilipStrong communication skills (verbal and written), including strong relationship-building skills/p/lilipAbility to train staff and ensure their professional development, as well as to establish relationships and use staff skills more appropriately/p/lilipAbility to stand for almost the entire day or move around on the floor or in the warehouse/p/lilipAbility to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs/p/lilipBilingual/p/li/ulpThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
