Shows urgency in providing service to customers amp; satisfying their needs./liliCustom fits glasses amp; precisely places prescription in lenses./liliActs as a leader in optical acumen that provides a voice for associates./liliTakes amp; records measurements, adjusts or fits eyewear correctly, thorough amp; exact in details; ensures finished eyewear meets standards amp; customer requirements./liliAttracts new customers./liliExplores the needs amp; priorities of customers by asking open ended questions./liliIs attentive to details, asks follow up questions for clarity, reads verbal/non-verbal cues; reviews prescriptions amp; identifies special needs./liliAssists co-workers with difficult or complex areas of product needs amp; prescriptions./liliUtilizes store tools amp; adheres to Brand Store Commitments./liliPerforms work accurately amp; thoroughly utilizing all technology despite time pressure amp; customer volume.
