Works in a fast pace environment and upholds a high-quality standard of our product./pp /ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliPerforms quality inspections to identify and repair imperfections in eyewear products/liliMaintains well-organized work area and ensures equipment is in proper order/liliAdjusts, repairs, and/or replaces spare parts on frames/liliEnsures product is refurbished/repaired before returning to the consumer/liliMeets and maintains high productivity levels and quality standards as assigned by supervisor/liliWorks with a small buffing machine and heater to manipulate our product for repair purposes/liliResponsible for any additional duties assigned/li/ulp /ppstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/liliProficient manual dexterity/ability to productively work with small parts/liliAbility to work with others and resolve problems/liliExtraordinary organizational skills/liliClear and effective written and oral communication skills/liliAttention to detail/accuracy/liliAbility to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by Supervisors/Manager/liliAbility to work in a stand/walk position for up to 10 hours/liliProficient manual dexterity/ability to productively work with small parts/li/ulp /ppstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliBasic knowledge of optics systems, working knowledge of diagnostic test equipment/li/ulpThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
