Thebrposition is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting financial data from multiple sources tobrgenerate comprehensive management reports and dashboards, while ensuring strong financialbrgovernance and compliance./ppbrstrongMain Responsibilities/strongbr1.Controllership amp; Financial Governancebr· Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. Ownbrand deliver management reporting, including financial statements and performancebrdashboards. Perform variance analysis for line items of PL by business segment versus priorbryear and budget. Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness across financebroperations Oversee end to end accounting processes, revenue recognition, GRN,brreconciliations, payables, receivables, Capex, Depreciation and inventory accounting. Drivebrprocess improvements through automation, system enhancements, and policybrstandardization./ppbrstrong2. Data Aggregation and Analysis/strongbr· Collect financial data from multiple systems, cleanse and standardize it to ensure accuracybrand consistency. Perform in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and performancebrdrivers. Driving standardization amp; automation of reports through ERP Ensuring the accuracybrand functionality of the financial management system, including data updates and systembrupgrades./ppbrstrong3. Compliance amp; Audit/strongbr· Ensure statutory, internal Audits are completed smoothly within timeline. Ensure compliancebrwith applicable laws, regulations, and internal finance policies.
