This position is responsible for developing key initiatives to increase service and value of the retail operation. You will role model the company culture to bring to life for all field team./pp /pp /ppstrongMain responsibilities:/strong/pulliActively scout the market and liaise with landlords and local partners to identify business development opportunities./liliDirect and monitor all sales operations activities of the Country to ensure sales and profit targets are achieved./liliActively manage all budgeted cost./liliPrepare adequate reporting and business reviews for internal management as well as present in the regular meetings./liliContinuously improve organization structure according to business needs and Sunglass Hut business plans./liliDefine/ improve processes that drive real customer value./liliRecruit, lead, monitor and inspire the team to succeed in store as well as support them in developing their careers./liliSuggest, implement, drive staff incentive programs./liliPartner with the regional functions to ensure all the regional plans and strategies are defined and implemented according to local business needs./liliContinuously drive the business by analyzing financial data, monitoring operating efficiencies and identifying business trends and opportunities./liliCreate an environment that encourages the development of managers and associates; provide challenging assignments and opportunities for development/li/ulp /ppstrongMain requirements:/strong/pulliBachelors in Business or related studies.
