Represents LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs within the community amp; delivers key performance metrics./ppMAJOR DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/pp• Delivers quality amp; improvement to exceed all key performance indicators (KPIs):bro Comp Sales, % Sales to Plan; Conversion amp; Customer Count, Comp Growth; Increased Traffic; Store Operating Profitability; Continuity of Care, Exam Growth amp; Retention Goals; Net Promoter Score; Current year objectivesbr• Strong understanding of retail business translating to positive sales, business results amp; understanding the market amp; competitorsbr• Supports store business plans to maximize sales amp; profitbr• Partner with store manager to lead amp; develop teambr• Delivers clear, constructive, timely feedback amp; partners with Store Manager on developmentbr• Executes visual directives amp; maintains store appearancebr• Maintains positive working relationship with doctorsbr• Promotes team compliance to all policiesbr• Performs administrative dutiesbr• Works a flexible schedule, including nights amp; weekends/ppBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/pp• High School graduate or equivalentbr• 1+ year(s) management/supervisory experience with direct reportsbr• Knowledge of retail operations, processes amp; policiesbr• Strong basic math skills br• Familiarity with cash register, computers amp; calculatorsbr• Must have a strong command of the English language for all written correspondence amp; oral communicationbr• Strong communicator amp; listenerbr• Demonstrated high-level of selling skillsbr• Proven ability to problem solve/ppPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/pp• College degree or equivalentbr• Previous experience in leadership position within retail amp; customer service industrybr• Knowledge of basic opticsbr• Knowledge of current store merchandisebr• State licensure (if applicable) amp;/or ABO Certification in non-licensed statesbr• Brand Final Inspector Certificationbr• Brand Quality, Fitting amp; Adjusting Program/ppPay Range: 24.45 - 38.13 /ppThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
