As a business leader within Oakley Retail, you will support the Market to succeed on all key objectives and will lead the team to exceptional business performance through customer experience, talent management and development, and execute flawless retail operations and brand standards. /ppem /em/ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliLead and inspire a Market of up to 10 Store while also being responsible for meeting company objectives within their Home Store./liliDevelops and implement strategies to maximize sales, meet/exceed goals and objectives/liliPromotes a training and learning environment that encourages exceptional customer interactions through the flawless delivery of the Oakley customer experience/liliKeeps the customer at the core when building strategic plans in partnership with the Regional Manager to achieve business outcomes./liliCreates an environment of shared wins through coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance store performance and achieve goals./liliPeople work for people – uses this philosophy to grow careers, encourage teamwork, and retain talent through a development-focused environment./liliManages store staffing levels by networking, recruiting, and hiring top talent to deliver the brand experience./liliInspires team growth through individual development plans to promote an environment of accountability through performance management./liliCreates a fun, inspiring, and inclusive environment that reflects the brand culture./liliContinually coaches and develops the store teams to ensure consistent and impeccable execution of current brand initiatives./liliLeverages customer feedback to coach others to further enhance the customer experience./liliSets expectations, monitors and measures performance. Holds the team accountable for achieving results, including operational process and procedures in partnership with the Regional Manager/liliTravel: 90% (in market and supporting greater region as needed)/li/ulpstrong /strong/ppstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/lili3+ years of previous Multi Unit leadership experience managing sales, Pamp;L, inventory, operations and customer service/liliMust have a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including nights, weekends and holidays/liliProven track record of selecting high-performing talent and ability to develop compelling development plans/liliAbility to be an ambassador and protect the integrity of Oakley/liliStrong product knowledge. Curious about new merchandise and fashion trends/liliAbility to motivate, coach, and inspire others/li/ulpstrong /strong/ppstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliPrevious multi-unit retail experience is preferred/li/ulpPay Range: 73,081.20 - 113,307.60 /ppThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
