Assists in the achievement of store success by managing key optical amp; lab processes (if applicable) amp; systems to exceptional results./pp /ppMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ppWhile working in Retail/pulliEnsure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service/liliProactive amp; solution driven, accurate execution amp; product knowledge/liliAssists customers with selections, provides recommendations, assists sales associates/liliServes as a responsible alternate store key holder/li/ulpWhile working in Lab, if applicable/pulliCustom fits glasses amp; precisely place prescription in lenses/liliWorks with associates to strengthen their knowledge, skill, amp; certification for foundational product amp; store processes related to lens and lab technology/liliEnsures finished eyewear meets optical standards amp; customer requirements/liliCreates a safe working environment for all, demonstrates safe work practices/liliResponsible for basic operation, cleaning amp; ongoing maintenance of lab tools amp; systems/li/ulp /ppBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/pulliHS diploma/GED/liliStrong optical amp; retail experience/liliKnowledge of current optical theory amp; merchandise/liliStrong communicator amp; listener/liliStrong inter-personal skills/liliStrong basic math skills/liliSales skills/liliProblem solving ability/liliFamiliarity with cash register, computers amp; calculators/liliLeadership amp; training experience/liliEdging amp; mounting experience/liliBasic optics knowledge amp; optical measurement experience/li/ulp /ppPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/pulliState licensure (if applicable) amp;/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states/liliLensCrafters Final Eyewear Inspector Certification/liliLensCrafters Quality, Fitting amp; Adjusting Program/liliOptical machinery/instruments experience/liliCustomer service experience/liliAccuFit Digital Measurement System certification/liliKnowledge of current store merchandise amp; lens options/li/ulp /ppThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
