Creates exceptional value in the lives of customers by delivering legendary customer service amp; perfectly crafted high quality eyewear which exceeds our customers’ expectations. /ppMAJOR DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/pp• Welcome all customers, set expectations with customersbr• Custom fit glasses amp; precisely place prescription in lensesbr• Acts as a leader in optical acumenbr• Take amp; record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensure finished eyewear meets standards amp; customer needsbr• Assists team with complex product needs amp; prescriptionsbr• Accurate amp; thorough use of technology despite time pressure amp; customer volume, exceptional product knowledge, use of appropriate toolsbr• Proactive, explores root cause of issues, forward thinking, ensures customers are satisfied amp; expectations are exceeded, solution drivenbr• Ability to multi-task, prioritize amp; manage time with competing prioritiesbr• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs amp; competenciesbr• Take pride in store appearance, help to keep store clean, attractive amp; organizedbr• Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrates safe work practicesbr• Resourceful, self-motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement amp; resultsbr• Adhere to company policies amp; procedure, including discounts, promotions amp; inventory management/pp /ppBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/pp• High School graduate or equivalentbr• State Licensure br• Optical dispensing experience br• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener amp; team builderbr• Knowledge of current store merchandisebr• Strong basic math skillsbr• Awareness of current fashion trendsbr• Selling skills – ability to use amp; carry an iPAD/tabletbr• Familiarity with POS, computers amp; calculatorsbr• Embrace new technology amp; change/ppbrPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/pp• Previous customer service amp; retail experience/pp /ppPay Range: 21.89 - 34.14 /ppThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
