This individual will be responsible for delivering complex cross-functional projects, building and leading executive-level presentations, and supporting financial forecasting activities that drive informed decision-making./ppstronguMAJOR DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/u/strong/pulliLeads the planning, execution and delivery of high-impact projects within the Strategy function, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives./liliManages project timelines, milestones, budgets and deliverables with a clear focus on driving outcomes./liliCollaborates cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Franchise and corporate operations and Center of Excellence Eyecare teams to ensure integration and successful execution./liliServes as the subject matter expert for insurance business models within the retail optical industry in the US amp; Canada, identifies key trends and legal landscape evolutions./liliUnderstands the optical doctor’s revenue model, key processes amp; systems and growth strategies./liliSupports the creation of an annual PV strategy and of executive level updates for all initiatives./liliBuild and maintain financial models to evaluate initiative impact, ROI, and resource needs./liliDevelops in-depth analysis around business performance: exam KPIs, profitability of the different doctor set-up (employed, sub-lease, tele-optometry, medtech and audiology), correlation with relevant sales KPIs (guest count, conversion, patient experience)./liliManaging, leading, amp; tracking key priorities cross-functionally/liliCollaborates with cross functional partners to analyze brand performance across all strategy pillars/liliDesigns a growth framework supporting the brand experience/liliDefines, creates and manages project plans and leads cross functional teams to implement current and new initiatives that drive guest count, sales, profit, and a positive guest experience./liliCreate high-quality executive-level presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders./liliTranslate complex data and project outcomes into clear, compelling visual stories./liliSupport the development of business cases and project updates presented to senior leadership/liliMaintains frequent oral and written communication with management and other stakeholders/li/ulpstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)/lili10+ years of Project management, Analytics or Strategy experience in consulting, medical field or retail  /liliSolution oriented mindset with ability to think critically, challenge the status quo, understand root causes and develop strategic frameworks/liliProficient at analyzing large quantities of data/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills/liliFast learner who is proactive and curious by nature/liliExperience in running multiple complex cross-functional projects independently and simultaneously/liliEffectively navigates the organization, leveraging credibility to influence/liliStrong work ethic/liliComfortable in fast paced, high stress environments/liliCollaborator / Partner / Team Player/li/ulpstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliMaster degree in business/highly analytical field or MBA preferred/liliRetail, insurance, audiology or medtech experience/li/ulpPay Range: 62,353.00  -  /ppThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
