The overall purpose of this position is to play a key role in managing and monitoring the company’s operating expenses to ensure financial accuracy, cost control, and budget adherence. This role involves partnering with department heads to forecast spending, analyze variances, and drive cost-saving initiatives./pp /ppstrongMain responsibilities:/strong/pulliEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting of OPEX (e.g. correct accounting postings, good / service receipts, provisions, accounts, CC, Cost accruals determination / coordination of postings)/liliReview monthly spending by category vs LY amp; Budget/latest forecast and understand the impact of the main cost drivers (e.g., HC, inflation, etc) and challenge variances/liliMonitor and analyze selling costs, including sales commissions, promotional expenses, travel, and other sales-related expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements/liliAssist in the preparation of OPEX Budget amp; Forecast, planning proper reviews with key stakeholders, ensuring accurate submission and managing risks amp; opps/liliAct as a business partner to department heads, providing financial guidance and support on expense management./liliIdentify cost-saving opportunities and challenge unnecessary spending, contracts, and supplier choices./li/ulp /ppstrongMain requirements: /strong/pulli2-5 years experience in cost control, financial reporting, planning amp; analysis/liliExcellent communication and presentation skills/liliAbility to build relationships with wide range of colleagues across the organization/liliAn ability to self-manage, motivate and work on your own initiative/liliAbility to manage multiple tasks across a variety of functions to meet deadlines/liliThe ability to investigate a problem or situation beyond routine questioning/liliAttention to detail and ability to thrive within a fast moving environment/liliSolid understanding of accounting standards, group policies, and internal processes/liliAnalytical and problem solving skills/liliProficiency in SAP accounting system and advanced Excel skills/li/ulp /pp#LI-RM1/pp /ppspan style=strongOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment​/strong/span/pp /ppspan style=We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
