Assistant Manager, Plaza Del Lago

The Team: The Hermès Plaza Del Lago Boutique will open in August 2026 and will focus on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the Northern Region. This position will report to the Managing Director and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment. The Opportunity: The Assistant Manager is responsible for partnering with the Managing Director and Floor Director to successfully run all aspects of the business including building sales, identifying opportunities, and client development via CRM and service initiatives, coaching and counseling of staff.
