Sales and Service Support – Stockholm

To strengthen our Back-of-House team in our Stockholm store, we are now recruiting a Sales and Service Support. Main responsibilities:
• Manage till operations, including opening/closing and reconciliation
• Review and comment on relevant reports in internal tool
• Complete files in desktop application for aftersales
• Prepare products for repair shipments and follow up with customers
• Manage customer service, including order sourcing, validation, and notifications
• Process remote sales payments and follow up with customers
• Order, follow up, and assign staff uniforms Profile:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and customer service required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer applications
