Real Estate Project Manager

Responsible for leading and coordinating retail projects across the South Asia region. This role oversees the full lifecycle of boutique and retail environment projects—from concept through design development, tendering, construction, and handover—ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with Hermes’ quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments, regional stakeholders, external consultants, RDAI Paris and Hermes International (HI). Scope includes new store openings, renovations, minor improvements, maintenance programs, and sustainability-focused initiatives across the retail network. Success in this role requires team leadership, architectural expertise, design sensitivity, organization rigor, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
