JOB TITLE: CREATIVE AND WINDOWS MANAGER REPORTS TO: HEAD OF COMMUNICATION LOCATION: DUBAI ORGANISATION UNIT: HERMES MIDDLE EAST SCOPE OF JOB: Middle East Region The Creative and Windows Manager leads the design and execution of Hermes Windows for the Middle East. RESPONSIBILITIES • Leads the Store Windows design and implementation in the region (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain). • Manages the Design & Production Executive, who owns the implementation of all windows in the region. • Leads and develops his/her direct report by being an inspiring and expert leader as well as providing developing opportunities. • Monitors the success of Window installations and focuses on continuous improvement, innovative ideas, and local collaborations to bring to life the Hermes vision in the Middle East. • Develops a pool of local artists to collaborate with for windows, events, retail animations, or even campaign designs. • In charge of the windows calendar and action plan, to...
