Assistant Manager, South Coast Plaza

The Team: The Hermès South Coast Plaza Boutique opened in 1997 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the Pacific West Region. This position will report to the Floor Director and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment. The Opportunity: The Assistant Manager is responsible for partnering with the Floor Director and Managing Director to successfully run all aspects of the business including building sales, identifying opportunities, and client development via CRM and service initiatives, coaching and counseling of staff.
