About the role
The Team: The Hermès South Coast Plaza Boutique opened in 1997 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the Pacific West Region. This position will report to the Operations Director and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast paced, luxury environment. The Opportunity: The Cashier provides clerical support for front of house operations in the Hermès boutique. The Cashier is responsible for processing and ensuring the accuracy of all transactions (including receptions, CRM, SKUs, monetary payment and client verification) and the administration support of after sales services when needed. Partners with management team on POS decisions. The Cashier is responsible for supporting all cashiering and POS activities based on the specific needs and providing the most memorable customer journey during the final boutique experience.
