Reporting into the Manager of Visual Merchandising, the role works in close partnership with the support office Visual Merchandising and Store teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders including Space Planning, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations. You’ll shine here if you enjoy…Acting as HQ liaison for brands, suppliers, and stores on all VM updates, including grids, graphics, and fixturesCoordinating end-to-end execution of monthly and major VM updates, including planning, production, delivery, and installationPartnering with VM Manager and VM Executive to plan update schedules and ensure seamless rollout across all storesManaging VM readiness and execution for new store openings and key initiative rollouts, ensuring timely delivery of all materialsOverseeing VM fixtures and update budget, including spend tracking, risk identification, and supplier purchase order managementLeading VM communication and field support, including store visits, issue resolution, and clear implementation guidelinesMaintaining and elevating VM standards across stores through training, development of guidelines, and ongoing store team support We would love to hear from you if you have:Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.Project and Brand Management experience.Previous experience with in-store visual merchandising design and development.Strong planning, organization, follow-up and time management skills.Ability to work autonomously, efficiently and with initiative. Results-oriented and resourceful.
