Ready for a career glow up? As an Executive Assistant, Technology, you’ll be the organizational backbone supporting senior leadership, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly. You’ll be part of a team that’s united in beauty, supported by those who are equally passionate about delivering results with professionalism, agility, and a strong sense of ownership.What You’ll Do:Manage complex, high-volume calendars in Microsoft Outlook, including scheduling across senior stakeholders and proactively resolving conflictsCoordinate logistics for meetings and events, including conference space, catering, and communication with attendeesPlan and execute domestic and international travel, ensuring smooth itineraries and end-to-end logisticsPrepare and process expense reports in alignment with T&E; policies, ensuring accuracy and complianceCreate presentations, reports, and organize data to support leadership priorities and decision-makingSupport onboarding for new team members by coordinating tools, systems access, and resourcesPartner with other Executive Assistants to provide team coverage and collaborate on broader support needsAct as a key point of contact, representing leadership with polished, professional communication internally and externallyAnticipate needs, prioritize competing demands, and handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgmentWhat You’ll Bring:3–5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointProven experience managing complex calendars and coordinating domestic and international travelExceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organizationA collaborative mindset and ability to partner cross-functionally in a dynamic, multi-location environmentA proactive, service-oriented approach with a focus on anticipating needs and delivering high-quality supportHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationA strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a “no task is too big or too small” attitudeWhat You’ll Get: The target hourly pay for this position is $50.00 - $55.00. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, which may include, as applicable, the individual applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
