About the role
Education : · Bachelor degree and above is highly preferred
Languages : · Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Professional experience & know how :
· 8 - 10 years of experience in a comparable role, in luxury industry preferred
Technical & management skills :
· Knowledge of Luxury business · Selling skills · Store procedures and process · CRM techniques and tools · Store operation applications (Beanstore, CRM, Sap etc..) · GIA and FHH Folder is highly preferred
Personal & interpersonal skills :
· Customer focus · Proactive selling, drive for results · Initiative · Negotiation · Business acumen · Decision Making · Motivating Others
