CSR SPECIALIST TRAINEE

Technical Skills • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. • Basic knowledge of CSR/ESG principles, due diligence frameworks, and regulatory trends (e.g., human rights, environmental compliance, responsible sourcing). • Strong analytical and research abilities with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus. • Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is a plus. Soft Skills • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Genuine interest in sustainability, human rights, and corporate responsibility.
