KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER PERFUME - GERMANY, AUSTRIA AND NETHERLANDS

At least 10 years of sales and marketing experience with a strong background within the fragrance or luxury industry in Germany. Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or equivalent education. Confirmed negotiation skills and a proven successful track record in business strategic planning and execution (sales, marketing, team management, and market development). Good knowledge of P&L; management and profit optimization. Excellent utilization of IT reporting tools. Perfectly fluent in English; any other language is an advantage. Flexible and mobile for 25% business travel. Ability to communicate, negotiate, influence, and build trust at all levels and in a multi-cultural environment. Energetic person with a positive mindset, proactive, and solution-driven attitude. Solid team player with strong strategic and analytical skills. Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships and motivate people around you. Able to work autonomously at a high pace and adapt rapidly to a fast-changing environment.
