Training Manager

Key Competencies: Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or training in a luxury environment Extensive watch knowledge required, supplemental certification with FHH or similar is a plus Understanding of competitive watch market with strong knowledge of micro-mechanics Supplemental certification with GIA, FHH, or similar a plus Knowledge of eLearning platforms Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage departmental budget contribution and process expense reports in a timely manner Ability to navigate various professional environments in an agile manner Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%-70% of time
