Associate Trade Marketing Manager

Key Objective

  • Ensure business growth through creative activations aligned with HQ direction
  • Enhance client experience and support boutique performance
  • Reinforce accountability on traffic, new client recruitment, and ROI. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive high-quality and efficient boutique activations, including in-store animations, High Jewelry trunk shows, and wholesale events, to enhance client engagement
  • Own end-to-end project execution
  • Drive cross-functional alignment
  • Ensure budget control and ROI tracking in line with company objectives
  • Drive in-store experience and activations to generate traffic and enhance conversion
  • Leverage 3rd-party database activations to support client development, retention, and recruitment

 

Requirements

  • English proficiency at advanced level is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail or marketing environment
  • Strong interest in the premium / luxury retail industry
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible working attitude
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and reliable
  • Willingness to support cross-functional trade marketing and retail initiatives
