Associate Trade Marketing Manager
About the role
Key Objective
- Ensure business growth through creative activations aligned with HQ direction
- Enhance client experience and support boutique performance
- Reinforce accountability on traffic, new client recruitment, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-quality and efficient boutique activations, including in-store animations, High Jewelry trunk shows, and wholesale events, to enhance client engagement
- Own end-to-end project execution
- Drive cross-functional alignment
- Ensure budget control and ROI tracking in line with company objectives
- Drive in-store experience and activations to generate traffic and enhance conversion
- Leverage 3rd-party database activations to support client development, retention, and recruitment
Requirements
- English proficiency at advanced level is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail or marketing environment
- Strong interest in the premium / luxury retail industry
- Positive, proactive, and responsible working attitude
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and reliable
- Willingness to support cross-functional trade marketing and retail initiatives
