SAP S4HANA Finance Senior Project Manager (W/M)

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: Education: Higher education in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent. SAP Experience: Significant experience (minimum 8 years) with SAP, including a strong track record of active participation in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation programs. Proven expertise in financial modules (FI/CO), ideally in the Retail or Luxury industry. Key Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI/CO, with knowledge of general ledger, controlling, treasury management, and asset accounting. SAP CAR is a plus. Configuration: Strong configuration experience, ability to determine when to use configuration versus custom code, as well as advanced troubleshooting skills. Integration: Integration experience with treasury or financial reporting systems is a plus. Solid understanding and experience with SAP SD integration points to finance are essential. Functional/Technical Translation: Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents, provide estimates, and deliver desired functionality. Deployment Methodologies: Knowledge of global SAP deployment methodologies and support models. (This point is valuable as it indicates familiarity with structured, large-scale project execution and post-go-live support, which is critical for a transformation program). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels. Proven ability to articulate complex financial solutions and strategic recommendations in a clear, concise manner to directors and executive stakeholders. Impact Analysis: Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications. Leadership: Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required. Languages: Fluent in English & French.
