SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Strong attention to detail with consistent follow-through Excellent organizational skills with a results-driven mindset Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and build meaningful relationships Analytical and creative thinker; able to think outside the box when assessing business needs Technical aptitude to operate and manage merchandising systems and retail programs Flexible and agile; able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and prioritize effectively to maximize time and efficiency REQUIREMENTS: At least 6 months of prior Merchandising/Buying work or internship experience, luxury retail Women’s experience preferred; strong working knowledge of Retail Math and Retail critical metrics Full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027 Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home Strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint, proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
