About the role
► Sales/Performance
o Enthusiastic in achieving sales target given by Boutique through effective use of
selling techniques, clientele and product knowledge
o Identify clients’ expectations and complete sales transactions successfully
o Advise clients across all product categories and do cross-selling for maximizing sales potential
o Build strong collaboration with the team for achieving sales & boutique’s objectives
► Client Development
o Provide excellent client experience
o Provide warm welcome and interact with every client proactively
o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent and professional client service
o Arrange private appointments with clients
o Provide excellent after-sale-service
o Update Be Dior on a regular basis
► Boutique Operation and Back of House Support
o Maintain the upkeep of selling space, visual merchandising and image of the store in highest standard
o Provide support to Back of House operations for enhancing Boutique efficiency
