Retail VM first experience of minimum 6 months. Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, meet tight deadlines, and remain adaptable. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proactive problem solving and critical thinking. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.  Attentive to details and appreciative of luxury goods market. Flexible: willingness to participate in all activities (from lifting and moving boxes to working late hours when dressing windows).
