Retail Training Manager

Advanced English Portuguese (nice to have) 5 Years of Training experience, preferably in a luxury or specialty retail environment Strong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industry Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs in a variety of areas Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organization Ability to listen actively to all and communicate material and instructions to others Ability to follow the company’s policies and procedures Strong computer presentation skills with an emphasis on Powerpoint and Excel Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to travel frequently
