Education & Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field preferred. Work Experience Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in Merchandising or Buying Luxury retail or fashion house experience is preferred Skills High proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong knowledge of South Asia fashion markets Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers Qualities Proactive and results orientation with a strong drive for continuous improvement Highly organized and detailed oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain a professional demeanour and work under pressure
