SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: • Strong retail business acumen and floor presence; 4 days/week in-store for leadership development and on-floor coaching • Strong project management skills with ability to roadmap, follow-through and prioritize (able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines) • Ability to inspire and motivate various stakeholders to achieve results • Strong cross functional skills with proven ability to collaborate with key partners including training, HR, business performance to craft holistic short and long-term strategies • Strong verbal and presentation skills – know how to use words to motivate and presentations to get the message across • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail • Experienced in coaching and mentoring individuals including senior retail leadership • Ability to self-direct and manage large projects with high pressure • Ability to make autonomous decisions in a timely manner • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and patience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
