TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Graduate in Fashion / Engineering School or Certificate in Leather Industry Technical knowledge of semi-finished Previous experience of at least 7/8 years in leather goods production departments and/or tanneries; Advanced Englis level (C1-C2), fluency in French and Italian is mandatory Knowledge of processing techniques applicable to leather materials and semi-finished Proven experience in sourcing materials for leather goods or a related sector Strong interest in Fashion Products, Leather Goods in particular, and Production issues Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Thoroughness and attention to detail Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities Creativity and curiosity Team spirit, very good interpersonal skills, autonomy, dynamism Strong sensitivity to quality and sustainable development
