Previous experience at Assistant Manager level within luxury fashion.
Strong knowledge of Men's RTW, shoes and accessories.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Proven ability to lead an experienced and capable team.
A Strong people developer, able to grow talent within the team.
Proven track record of recruiting clients and developing long-term customer relationships.
A passion for Christian Dior and our collections.
Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
Fluency in a second language (preferred).
