Boutique Manager (m/f/d) - Warsaw

5+ years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position  Qualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customers Experience working with financial reports and budgets, as well as experience working with KPIs and developing action plans based on them Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Excellent communication skills, strong service consciousness and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service A deep understanding and appreciation for the luxury fashion industry as well as the retail environment, commercial mindset and business driven thinking Fluent in Polish and English, another language on top is a plus
