Business School, University or “equivalent experience”
Experience:
Retail experience required
+5 years of experience in management within luxury/fashion business
Competencies:
Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams and managing managers.
Strong business expertise with a track record of achieving results and exceeding targets.
In-depth understanding of retail KPIs and ability to analyze business performance to drive strategic decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage, and brand identity.
Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic retail environment.
Languages:
English. proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage.
