A minimum of three years of experience in Human Resources Management in a hotel/resort environment.
Strong knowledge of local regulations and HR management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyse data, and develop solutions.
Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent level of both written and spoken English; proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage.
