About the role
Degree in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Education, or any other relevant field.
Proven experience in a learning and development role,
Minimum 2 years in a similar position in a luxury property.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design,
and various training methods.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
applications.
Experience in pre-opening of a hotel/resort.
Attention to detail and an excellent ability to manage priorities
independently.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, are essential.
