Proven track record of Cost Controlling in a resort/hotel environment
Computer literate and excellent command in Microsoft Office.
Excellent knowledge of Opera Cloud, Material Control and Micros 9700 HMS-POS.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Thoroughness, good organization, attention to detail and an excellent ability to manage priorities independently.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent command of English, written and spoken, are essential.
