A diploma in Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Laundry Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel/resort.
Strong knowledge of Laundry operations.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and financial plans, and to analyse and interpret financial data.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
Proficiency in housekeeping management software, Opera, and Microsoft Office.
