HR and Payroll Assistant

You will report to the HR Manager. You will work by example, inspiring and motivating the Ambassadeurs, encouraging them to make decisions based on the Cheval Blanc values.   Your exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are paramount, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment and keep operations running smoothly.   Your passion for the job, your autonomy, your attention to details and your empathy will enable you to carry out your assignments with excellence. The priority of our Maison and all our Ambassadeurs is to provide a high-quality service in line with our standards.   Holding a Master's degree in Hotel Management or HR Management, you have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.   You speak Italian and English. You have dual expertise in personnel administration and payroll. Experience in Italian labor law and the hotel/restaurant/tourism agreement is essential.
