IT Store Project Manager

Qualifications 8+ years of experience in IT project management, ideally within retail or client-facing environments. Solid understanding of store technology ecosystems (connectivity, networking, POS environments, devices/peripherals, on-site constraints). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with structure, attention to detail, and accountability. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.   Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering projects for luxury retail and/or multi-brand organizations. Familiarity with POS and payment ecosystems, store network/Wi-Fi deployments, and retail security standards. Demonstrated experience managing store openings/closures at scale (multiple concurrent sites). Experience working with field service models and vendor governance (SLAs, KPIs, performance reviews). Ability to travel locally/regionally as required for key project milestones (site surveys, go-lives).
